Yes. When signing up for a free trial account, there are no strings attached: no credit card is required and when the trial ends your account will not convert into a paid plan unless you activate that yourself in the tool.
In the trial account, all features are unlocked (note that there are some limits in # times of usage). The trial runs for 7 days and at any time you can decide to convert it to a paid account.
To do this, just go to your account information in Brainsight (menu, top right) and go to subscription, where you will be redirected to the payment platform (Stripe) where you can pay by Credit Card.
For any enterprise accounts and for those who need to follow a PO-Invoice process, please send us an email to have that arranged.
Easiest is to pay by credit card, but in case your procurement process requires a purchase order and invoice we can accommodate this. Please send us an email with your inquiry.
We would be sad about that, but yes, you can. After cancellation in the 'subscription' page, your account will stay active for the remaining period of your (already paid) plan. After that expiry date it will not renew, and automatically end.
Note that there is no refund for the period between a cancellation and the original subscription end-date.

In case you would like to (temporarily) upgrade a Team Account to a Business Account, please send us an email to have that arranged and get the billing correct so that you won't pay for any duplicates / overlap in plans.
